At Frolic Saga, we aim to deliver your order as swiftly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
- We offer standard shipping across India, with estimated delivery times of 7-14 business days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
We’re glad to offer COD for anyone who prefers to pay at their
• Orders placed after 8 PM are counted toward the next day’s processing batch, keeping our cutoffs simple and consistent.
• Every COD order goes through a quick WhatsApp confirmation before we begin packing — just to make sure your details are correct and your order reaches you without any hiccups.
• Prepaid orders skip the confirmation step and move straight into processing, which is why they’re generally the faster option if you’re looking to receive things sooner.
Either way, you’re getting the same product, the same care, and the same team behind it — just a couple of small differences in how quickly things move.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email & Whatsapp, allowing you to track your shipment in real-time.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently only ship within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delayed or Lost Packages:
If your order is delayed or lost during transit, please contact our customer support at info@frolicsaga.com with your order number and tracking information. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
