Frolic Saga: Returns & Exchanges

We stand by the quality of our drops. If the fit isn’t right, here is exactly how our return and exchange process works.

The Window: 5 Days

You have exactly 5 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or store credit. Once day 6 hits, the window is closed. No exceptions.

How to Initiate

Email info@frolicsaga.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the request. Do not DM us for returns; your request will not be processed.

The Rules of Engagement

To be eligible, the garment must be exactly as you received it: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

We inspect every single return. If the item shows up with deodorant stains, makeup, pet hair, smells like perfume or smoke, or shows any signs of being worn for a photoshoot, your return will be instantly rejected and the garment will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Exchanges vs. Store Credit

We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns are processed either as a size exchange or store credit.

  • Size Exchanges: If you simply need a different size, we will handle the reverse pickup for free (limit one free exchange per order). This is strictly subject to stock availability.

  • Returns for Store Credit: If you want to return an item, you will receive store credit for the full value of the garment, minus a flat ₹100 reverse logistics fee to cover shipping and pickup costs.

  • Self-Shipping Option: You can choose to ship the item back to us yourself using a trackable courier to avoid the ₹100 reverse logistics fee. Our team will provide the return address upon approving your email request.

Final Sale Items (No Returns or Exchanges)

All sales are strictly final on the following:

  • Orders placed using a promotional discount code or coupon. (Note: Purchases made using your loyalty reward points remain fully eligible for our standard exchange policy).

  • Mystery boxes / The Blind Pull drops.

  • Items purchased during clearance or archival sales.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If we messed up and sent you the wrong item or a defective garment, email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will fix it immediately on our dime.
